We ship FLIXUS Stick Pro devices and accessories worldwide through our trusted logistics partners. This Shipping Policy explains order processing times, delivery methods, costs, and how we provide tracking updates.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is processed and when it ships.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
- United States: 7–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- France, Germany & Europe: 10–18 business days
- Morocco & North Africa: 12–20 business days
- Rest of World: 15–25 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, shipping method, and customs.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
Orders are fulfilled from our international fulfillment centers via reliable global logistics providers (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, YunExpress, or the local postal service). Every shipment includes a tracking number.
4. Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: Orders over $50 ship free.
- For smaller orders, a flat rate of $4.99 may apply depending on destination and weight.
5. Tracking & Notifications
We will email your tracking number once your order ships. You can follow delivery updates through the carrier’s tracking page linked in that email.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International deliveries may incur customs duties or import taxes set by your local authority. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us and we’ll coordinate with the carrier to locate or resend your item. For confirmed lost shipments, we’ll provide a replacement or refund after verification.
8. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
