Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for all physical FLIXUS products, including devices and accessories.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most physical products purchased directly from FLIXUS Stick Pro if:
- The item was delivered within the last 30 days.
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and serial numbers are included.
Returns requested after 30 days, or for items showing signs of use or damage not caused by us, will not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be in the same condition as received. Products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for a full refund.
Return Shipping & Fees
Return shipping fees depend on the reason for the return:
- Our responsibility: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will cover all return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.
- Customer’s decision: If you changed your mind or no longer want the product, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
No restocking fee applies if the product is returned in new condition and within the 30-day window.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos or videos to help us verify the issue. We’ll send a replacement or a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us by email at support@flixusstick.pro or via WhatsApp at +44 7418 372930.
- Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and photos (if applicable).
- We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and give you the return address.
- Pack your item securely using the original packaging and include the RMA inside the box.
- Ship it back with a trackable carrier and keep your tracking number for reference.
Refunds & Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please check with your bank or card issuer before contacting us again.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item due to damage or defect, contact us first to obtain an RMA number. We’ll replace the item once the return is received and verified.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Returns requested after the 30-day period.
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Products missing accessories or packaging components.
- Promotional items, gifts, or products marked “Final Sale.”
